Pricing and Payment Policy
Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in US dollars. We charge $2.00 per day to post a job ad on ValleyFree. To have the ad appear in multiple job categories, it's $2.00 per day for each additional category. (For example, if you post your ad in both Jobs>Custodial and Jobs>General Labor, it will cost $7.98 per day.) We do not charge any taxes or surcharges. Posting ads on the rest of the site is absolutely free.

Price Change Policy
Prices for job ads are subject to change. We will post any such changes to this document at least 14 days in advance. At the time of purchase, however, prices are final. Once a job ad order has been purchased, no adjustments can be made retroactively to order prices.
Minimum Purchase Policy
The minimum purchase for job ads is $2.00, or one day. One day is defined as the 24 hours from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). If you choose today’s date as your start date, your ad will be posted immediately upon successful checkout, and your first day will not be a full 24 hours. However, you will still be charged the minimum of $2.00 for the first day. For this reason, we suggest starting your job ad the following day at 12:00 a.m.
Maximum Purchase Policy
There is a maximum credit card purchase amount of $8,000.00.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card only: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, purchase orders, wire transfers, or CODs.
Credit Card Processing Policy
Credit card payments are processed online in real time. Once you click Submit , and your credit card is authorized, we will charge the full purchase amount immediately, and your job ad will be prompted to post at 12:00 a.m. on the chosen start date or right away if the start date is today. You will also be informed immediately if your credit card is declined, in which case, your job ad will not be posted.
ValleyFree Credit Policy
If you delete your job ad before the end date, you will be issued 1 day in ValleyFree credit per category for each unused day. This can be used to make future purchases on ValleyFree. This credit is correlated with your login email address, so whenever you login you may use your ValleyFree credit. We issue ValleyFree credit for days that were purchased but not used, so no credit will be issued for days in which the job ad was running (unless it is deleted before noon – please see the Delete Before Noon Policy for more information).
No Refund Policy
Job posting payments are non-refundable. All purchases are final. In the event that your job ad was not successfully posted, please contact customer support. Please see the ValleyFree Credit Policy for more information.
Delete Before Noon Policy
If you delete your job ad before noon, you will get ValleyFree credit for that day and any subsequent unused days. This rule does not apply for posts deleted on the post start date.
Billing Information Policy
We never store credit card numbers or billing information, so there is no special procedure for using a different credit card or changing your billing information. You enter your credit card information each time you check out. If you want to change your login email address, please contact us so that any posts, user preferences, and ValleyFree credit can be reassigned to your new email address.
Billing Discrepancies Policy
If you were charged twice for the same order, or if you see a charge on your credit card statement that you don’t remember making, please contact customer support immediately so that we may investigate the matter. Confusion often arises when someone places an order on your behalf. In these situations, we’ll let you know what the order was for and issue a full refund for erroneous charges.

We reply to emails during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on holidays. Our normal response time is 2 to 48 business hours. During peak times, response to emails may be delayed.
